Everything!!! Very vegan friendly, the restaurant offers lots of vegan options, staff is way friendly, nice and kind (they asked all the time if everything's ok), the wellness center had free of charge tea, water and nuts. The swimming pool was relaxing, the water temperature perfect, the beds from the wellness area very comfy. The terrace was also very cool with a great view and we could helped ourselves with drinks. The bedroom was well equipped. I only missed different types of pillows (for my hubby was too soft). I also would like to recommend for the future an installation of an infrared cabin. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Thanks again for everything!!!

Beautiful accommodation, very well appointed and great location for the ski lift and to walk into town. Barbara and Walter were very welcoming and have styled the whole property to a very nice finish and are good hosts every evening in the bar.

It was perfect for what we needed

Surrounded by the Tyrolean mountains, the historic, family-run Hotel Spielmann is located in Ehrwald, a village at the foot of the Zugspitze mountain.

Our stay was amazing, we really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. The views on the mountains were great and the wellness areas was incredible with amazing views. The food and the breakfast were also delicious and really enjoyable.

Zugspitz Resort is located in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains and the Zugspitze skiing resort.

We were returning from Italy and this hotel was a great choice for an overnight stay. A modern hotel surrounded by mountains with beautiful views – definitely the right pick. The large parking area is also worth mentioning. We would gladly stay here again!

The room was modern and had all the amenities I required. Despite the sudden drop in temperatures outside for the time of year the hotel was warm and comforting on the inside. Upon arrival my attention was drawn to the availability of the sauna and that robes etc were available in the room. The dinner was the highlight for me, well presented and of a high quality, there was certainly no need to eat anywhere else. The beer was good too, along with an excellent house white wine. The choice at breakfast was wide and varied and a good selection to suit me which was regularly replenished. The ambience throughout was good. Whilst I did not experience any other facilities in the town, a walk around the centre showed Ehrwald to be an attractive area with a good choice of shops and restaurants. I will certainly be back again and perhaps in the winter season for skiing.

Sporthotel Schönruh enjoys a quiet location in Ehrwald, only a 3-minute walk away from the picturesque village centre.
