What an amazing place to stay! Absolutely perfect from arriving to departing. Incredible breakfast delivered to our door. Fabulous room. Comfortable and immaculate throughout. Will definitely return to this great retreat.

Exceptionally clean, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and laid out. The pantry was well stocked and comfortable bed and pillows. Property was also quiet. Jessica was such an amazing staff.

We stayed in the Victorian Suite. The room was large and the king sized bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with a mini bar fridge, microwave, toaster and a kettle. Breakfast was supplied for in room self preparation - toast, cereal, coffee, tea, juice and a local spring water which was a nice touch. Location is great being metres away from the main strip in Olinda.

The setting was picturesque, with sprawling fields, fresh air, and the soothing sounds of nature all around. The highlight of our trip was the hands-on horse riding lessons. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, the farm offers personalized instruction that makes it fun and engaging. Spending time with the horses, grooming them, and learning to ride was an unforgettable experience. What made this stay even more special was the sense of community and simplicity. Playing with the dogs, or listening to the chatter of the talking bird added so much charm. It felt like stepping back in time, surrounded by the peace and beauty of rural life. For those seeking relaxation, the farm provides plenty of spots to unwind—a swing under a tree, a hammock near the fields, or a cozy nook to enjoy the sunsets. Staying on this farm is more than just a vacation; it’s an enriching experience that reminds us of the joys of nature and the value of simple living. Great location, great to have parking

an exceptional place to stay. its rare to not fault anything, but at Balgownie I could not fault anything. the staff, the service, the Cleanliness, the food, the facilities, all exceptional. if you want to stay somewhere where you feel relaxed and spoilt, stay here. they also include an amazing breakfast with top end ingredients. The room was extremely spacious with a lovely balcony. A fully stocked mini bar at reasonable prices.
