Exactly as good as how it looks like from the photos and it was the cleanest hotel/bnb I’ve ever seen. It has a huge bathroom in pristine condition, entire flat is beautiful and the host really makes you feel special. The bed was super comfortable, felt like I was the first user. Thank you for the kind, rich, and supportive hospitality. Location is great, quite central, close to metro stations and really close to the huge famous basilica. I will definitely book again if I visit Brussels once more.

Excellent location, a little offset from the street within a nice quiet neighborhood. The loft is well-furnished, very clean and the space is beautifully naturally illuminated with skylights. The bed was great, and the kitchen was perfectly setup for making your meals if needed. The host was very professional and friendly. I will be back!

New hotel, open three days when we arrived. Super enthusiastic staff. Very comfortable. My requested very late checkout was very reasonable and the concierge's reservation was dinner was memorable. It oozes luxury.

It was fabulous. We used the gym and ate at the cafes available at the Mix. Mix was close to trains, so enabled easy access into town. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We loved everything about Jam Brussels. It is easily accesible by walking and tram, which is just by the property. Staff at reception were helpfull with maps and things to do around. The room was more than amazing. Enough space for the 5 of us, with very confortable beds and bed linens. The bathroom was magazing like and spotless.

Everything great: location (for my purposes living close to Midi train staition was optimal), room (huge size, comfortable bed, clean and vast bathroom), service (everyday cleaning up, helpful personal) Very good money/quality rate!     The hotel is elegant and the upper floors especially had stunning views. The room was modern and well designed. Breakfast was very good and the hotel is in the middle of the luxury quarter and a short walk from the old town. The lounge area available for the upper floors was excellent and so was the sauna.

    Everything. The pool area was amazing, a lot of wellness options (saunas, hammams etc.) and a good breakfast selection. Perfect place for a spa weekend and to relax. Fox, the food market, which offers a variety of food options, is also in the same buiding which is very convenient. Truly recommend this hotel, and i will come back again for another spa weekend.
