As I used to find it, it is still one of the best resorts in Bulgaria. It deserves the best evaluation in terms of cleanliness, services and staff. It is one of the best places to relax, especially during the winter season. Just a simple note for management! I strongly advise returning the previous menu and the previous chef, as the chef during the evening period is not at the required level, and his treatment is very bad. Thank you very much, and I wish you continued progress, I will always be back.

Hotel staff are very helpful and honest. I received a phone call from the guest relations manager one week after returning home. He asked me if I had left anything in the room? They had found €600 that I had left on the top shelf of the wardrobe and they worked out it was me because of the ski passes that were with the cash. This was a massive surprise to hear and the staff went above and beyond to return the money to me. They transferred the money by Western Union and I had it back in a couple of days. Thanks to guest relations manager Yordan and to all his team at Hotel Rila we will hopefully be back again next year.

Room was spacious, comfortable and had plenty of towels, bedding etc. It was nice and clean on arrival and we didn't have any interruptions from staff, cleaners etc. On the whole a very pleasant stay, great location and accommodation. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was great! The room size, the food, the view of the slope, the facilities, play room and kids club and of course the gala dinner ! We absolutely loved it and next time in Borovets we'll stay at Inglika!

The parking area is next to the hotel. Very descent buffet breakfast and dinner. There’s an all day restaurant and drinks area with large windows facing the skiers and the beautiful mountains. Walkable distance to the center of Borovets. The room was spotless clean so was the bathroom!!! There is a mini bar and a coffee kettle in the room. I had a very relaxing massage and there is a sauna and a steam bath available. Very polite personnel at the restaurant!

Silent place.in midst of the wood, clean new apartment very spacious for a couple. We didn't use the pool or sauna but they seem perfect. The team.was.very friendly.
