Location was central to all the highlights of Sofia. Staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants. Pool was lovely and the balcony on our room was a real highlight.

The hotel features very large rooms (more than 50m2/500sqft) and great views over Sofia and a large park nearby from the upper floors. The beds are very comfortable and huge. The bathrooms feature a shower and a very large bathtub (I'm 6 foot). Everything was super clean and the room service was very quick and super helpful. We ordered food for in-room dinging and it was very delicious (I can really recommend the mixed cheese board). Again the food came super quick and the service was very attentive. Parking is very convenient since there was ample space in the complimentary parking garage below. You can go directly form the garage to your floor if necessary.

Location, room, cleanliness, food, everything was absolutely amazing! Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotels location was next to the main attraction and also in a walking distance from Vitosha Boulevard. Ador restaurant was amazing for dinner and the breakfast was very good with many options - freshly made food. We ordered room service which is available until 23:30! Amazing option for a weekend trip - also spa available. Very quiet street!!!!!

The apartment is located perfectly, so close to the main street, but still very quiet. The view from the window to the mountains was breathtaking. What I appreciated the most was a huge and extremaly comfortable bed. And it was a nice surprise to find all those small welcoming gifts such as tea, coffee, wine/beer and bath salt. :)
