Absolutely everything! Staff were fantastic when we arrived at 1am, gave us an upgrade to the high floors with an incredible view of Niagara Falls! We stayed room 2127 on the 21st floor. Rooms are beautiful, big and clean. Bathroom was also a great size, very clean and had a jacuzzi. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful five-day stay at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. We stayed in a fantastic room with a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls. The room was cozy, featuring a fireplace and jacuzzi, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day, ensuring everything was spotless. We also enjoyed the delicious and diverse breakfast with a stunning view of the falls, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional.

Everything is top notch for this price range. I particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the garden where you can simply sit in a chair and relax. The room is spacious and well kept. An outlet mall is just across the street. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.
