Nice room with mountain view. Amazing hospitality from Jorst (breakfast time he did coffee for us and little talk about where to go and best views). Swimming pool and gym and sauna very relaxing. Several tracks for walking very close. Lift for upper floors. Host provided us skipass for nearest telecabins. Summer season is nice in this space. We went to Lausanne every day and it was very hot season down but in the mountain it was fresh and nice sleep with no need for air conditioning. Hope to return in winter one day.

The hotel was truly amazing! Breakfast was superb, great ingredients and everything was super fresh and local. Facilities were amazing - the spa had literally everything with the view, room was very clean and spacious, they even had wine fridges on all floor!

Exceptional hotel. The staff and facilities are just wonderful. I stayed with my dog and we both had an amazing time. The apartment was perfect for our stay and it was great to have the use of the hotel facilities whilst having the private apartment. The accommodation was spacious and very clean and well presented. Alla is a wonderful host.

The location is beautiful and quiet. The building has a elegant feel, well maintained and very clean. We loved the buffet dinner as well as the breakfast in the magnificent historical room! Comfortable double bed, peaceful view onto the gardens from the balcony. We enjoyed 2 wonderful days at the Bains. Thank you!
