The hotel facilities are great, with a good sense of design and very clean. However, when we checked in, one of the male staff at the front desk was impatient. It was an issue with their system, but the experience was not very pleasant. Other staff members were nice though, especially the lady who helped us during checkout — she was very friendly and professional.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, not to mention that we had one of the nicest views from a hotel room I’ve had (from the top floor suite). The restaurant is world-class — a real experience! Finally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, taking time to assist with planing our days and booking tickets. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with incredible views. Enjoyed the welcome champagne on the wrap around balcony. Complimentary snacks and beverages provided in the full kitchen. The design is super nice, the view from the room was amazing, and the wellness area is one of the best we've been to, and it's nice you can use it the whole day after you checkout. We'll definitely come again, and I can totally recommend this hotel!
