The staff at Bad Serneus was exceptional. Such kind people and really helpful! The Rooms were also nice and had everything we needed! It‘s super close to a bus station, that will take you into klosters town or if you go by car, klosters is only a 12 min deive away. I can only recomment this hotel!

I think it was our one of the best experiences while travelling in general. The breakfasts were fantastic, nature was fantastic, and the view was also fantastic. We were absolutely happy. I do recommend taking the premium rooms as they are on the 3rd and 4th floors and you will have the view of the mountains - it is priceless. My husband and I will definitely come back again next time - 100%. Good job, hotel.

everything was beautiful. the rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need. service at a high level. excellent staff. quiet and peaceful. parking is provided for a small fee. Pet friendly. Clsw to St. Moritz. clean 10.
