everything. seriously the best service I have encountered in ages at any hotel. I considered whether to splurge on this property or stay somewhere less elegant. But I am so glad I booked this hotel - it has old world style with very modern attitude and service. Front desk and concierge were all awesome, as was restaurant and spa staff . they even put dog bowls and a little bed in the room for my pup! make sure to ask for a room with a balcony if you can 😍

Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all). And also it’s very important to mention it was family friendly and kids were treat with respect and not like they are burden

Great location off Metro at Vennes stop. Doors open right up to hotel entrance. Diverse breakfast options and kind staff. Great water pressure from shower and room had everything you need for a 3-4 day stay.

The reception was very good; they were very gentle with children and families. They even helped with luggage, and were very good overall. I would really like to stay there again.
