The service and attention to detail was 1st rate. From Chris and his reception staff to the bar and service staff their attitude and service was excellent. Their willingness to spend time with us and explain the hotel and town facilities was a nice & helpful touch. Also nothing was too much trouble and the complimentary drink and afternoon tea made us feel appreciated. A 10/10 experience for us as a family unit. Beautiful and modern self contained serviced apartment with 2 balconies (views) very comfortable and one of the best buffet breakfasts. Staff are helpful, accommodating and friendly. 5 mins walking from train station and walkable to everywhere plus grocery store 2 minutes walking again.

The Zermatt Budget Rooms are underground and come with free WiFi and TV, a 5-minute walk away from the Sunnegga Cable Car and the Glacier Express.
