His team, from front desk to housekeeping, maintained immaculate standards with remarkable consistency. A particular incident stands out: when a fellow guest accidentally left their iPad before a same-day flight, Mr. Mahakumara personally arranged international shipping to America. Staff were amazing. We couldn’t get early check in (just flew in from Miami and were exhausted) BUT they sent us to an incredible old restaurant in the hotel car and we were well looked after. This began our amazing stay 5 nights at the hotel.
