The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. It's only a 5-minute walk to Hongyadong, and other attractions are also nearby. To our surprise, such an affordable rate even includes afternoon tea and breakfast! The room was clean and tidy. The staff were exceptionally enthusiastic and attentive, always ready to answer our questions and even provided free travel guides.

The hotel is very well located and has an awesome view. Jackson, the hotel manager, speaks english and is very kind. He made our visit a lot smoother! The rooms are spacious and well equiped. I would definitely stay there again. Totally recommend!

Every aspect of the stay. Room was very comfortable, spacious and fully furnished (inc. body lotion, good quality coffee and tea, higher-end amenities etc.) Scott, Rebecca and her team were extremely helpful, diligent and kind. The services and care offered by the hotel and its staff throughout the stay did enrich my general experience of, and trip in Chongqing. Can only recommend to others and wont miss to choose this hotel or another Wuyu of the group for/if any futur trip in the city comes by.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, with particular recognition due to Manager Ms Yang. She demonstrated exceptional hospitality by enthusiastically recommending numerous local dining gems and even took the initiative to mark key locations on our map. While the interior decor shows some signs of aging with slightly worn carpeting and retro-style furniture, the property maintains remarkable cleanliness. The professional service and largely compensated for the slightly dated facilities, creating an overall satisfying accommodation experience that we would gladly revisit.

Staff spoke English, always available and kind. Location is perfect in regards to public transports. Numerous bus lines will take to all the major sightseeing spots and more. I had some laundry to clean, and it was free. Breakfast buffet was abundant though more Chinese than Western. But good. I'd certainly recommend it.
