The whole building and its interior looks new and in perfect condition. The rooms are pleasant with comfortable beds, refrigerator, dining table. There is a well equipped shared kitchen on each floor. Located about 5 minutes from bus stop and a good restaurant is a couple of hundred meters away.

A swanky little four star hotel with super-friendly staff! We stayed in a duplex on the top floor. Our kids loved bombing down the lift in their dressing gowns (provided) for a dip in the basement pool. Great value for money! (A special mention for Petr on reception: I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday. There was a bottled of chilled sparkling wine in our room on arrival; a lovely gesture! Many thanks!!)

I recommend this hotel, very friendly people, great quality of the food and large selection at breakfast, the interior is fresh after the renovation.

Last year we stayed in Janske Lazne and cycled past the "Hotel Vydrovy boudy Pec pod Sněžkou", and we said, next time we come to Pec we have to stay there. And we just stayed there, as a family of four and our dog. What do we love about it ? The location is magnificent, it is on the plateau at the top of the mountain, you feel like you are on top of the world, it is a recently built mountain chalet, and done in a beautiful style, we had the half board and the breakfast and evening meal were absolutely perfect. The hotel is run by the owner who is very friendly and very helpful with local knowledge, where to hike, where to stop for lunch. In the evening you have beautiful sunsets with views which stretch for tens of miles, at night there is a quietness which cannot be matched. We need to explore Pec more, and we will be staying here again next time and using it as our base. What more to say, Hotel Vydrovy boudy Pec pod Sněžkou is a gem, enjoy it.
