We stayed for two days and had a wonderful time, they gave us a whole suite! with a large bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and rich. The Villa also has an excellent restaurant, we spent a very nice evening with the accompaniment of jazz music with a fantastic live cello solo. The villa RITTER also offers SPA facilities which we did not have time to try, we will try next time.

Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it so much I had to stay for another one. The Hotel was right in the middle of the city, so close to various restaurants. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean and had a perfect view over the little canal that runs through the city centre and the beautiful green mountain range. Both the swimming pool and steam room were an absolute wonder to relax for a few hours. Last but not least, the staff were impecable - always in a good mood and very helpful.

The Malá Dvorana is a lovely venue, a traditional one in which to have Breakfast. What makes it even more welcoming is they serve Sparkling wine alongside your breakfast buffet. As with Grandhotels, the bedrooms are huge and spacious. The service at the Front Desk is impeccable and all their staff have been most helpful. Very beautiful location, closely to Karlovy Vary, good possibility for travelers by a car. There are 4 hotels on big territory near golf club. The hotel is stylish and comfortable. Rooms are very clean, warm and plenty of light, equipped with capsule coffee machine and refrigerator. A bottle of mineral water is bonus. Spa is very clean, without chloride smell. It starts from 8 am, saunas starts from 4 pm up to 9 pm. There is complex of saunas and whirlpool, which are together with swimming pool have a panoramic mountain view. It's really great. The gym is also available from 8 am. A breakfast is various (cold and hot) and good choice of cheese :-) with opportunity to eat on the open terrace. The hotel is surrounded by golf fields, hills and wood. I can recommend for solo or couples, who really like comfort, silence and nature

Beautyful hotel in a historic building. The location is convenient for access by car (the hotel offers valet parking in a nearby garage) and it takes only a 5 minute walk to the main attractions of Karlovy Vary. Clean and well appointed room, excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Me and my wife had both a 60 min thai massage, which was very good and very welcome after a round of golf. Special thanks to the staff at the reception, who went of of their way and delivered a garment bag, that I forgot at the reception during checkout, to another nearby hotel, where a friend of mine was staying.
