We had an excellent stay - from the location, which is surrounded by nature an all sides, to the rooms, interior design, and staff. The mattresses are comfortable (hotel pillows never are), and as a coffee addict, I appreciate the coffee machine being re-stocked with good-quality capsules every day. The bathrobes and other items in the spa-bags did not incur an extra charge, which is also a nice gesture. The pool itself is nice, has reasonable access to natural light, and was never overcrowded.

This modern, welcoming hotel is surrounded by countryside, near to the Thuringia Forest and conveniently located between the historic cities of Gotha, Eisenach, Weimar und Erfurt.

The hotel is high and on a ridge so every room has a good view. The breakfast buffet was the best I have seen for some time.

I am on a global journey, and this is the best hotel I have stayed in Europe! The rooms here are spacious and comfortable, everything is great, and there is a very large backyard garden. The hotel's restaurant has excellent taste, where I had the best pork chops, very distinctive dumplings, and tiramisu. The hotel also has a large SPA facility that can accommodate many activities, and the host is very enthusiastic. This hotel has really given me a great surprise, highly recommended!

Luisenthal is at a strategic position, close to the famous Oberdorf and also from Ohrdruf, which has all the utilities you may need, like 3 or 4 good supermarkets. The hotel is in a forest area. It is spacious and silent. Good pool.

Property was excellent, on great location. Room well equiped, bed more than comfortable. Extra clean, the cleanest hotel which I was. Everything was perfect. Breakfast also was excellent, with huge variety of nice food. Hotel for grade 10.
