Location is excellent. Close to the town centre 10 min walk. The view is amazing, especially if you get the balcony room. Breakfast was superb, lot's of delicious variety. Highly recommend.

In the beginning i was displeased for not being able to park in the hotel's parking as it was full. However, you guys leave me no choice of giving 10/10. Spotless clean, very good location and the breakfast was just perfect.

Everything was fantastic. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful. I really enjoyed the spa pools and services. We hiked between rain showers and enjoyed the comfort of our room. We plan to return with our family and spend longer on our next visit.

First and above all stand proudly Lady Jessica (the receptionist). Besides the amazing facility and beautiful room and the perfect location (right under Neuschwanstein Castle), Lady Jessica was so professional and attentive to guide, support and welcoming that made our stay much above the expectations.

Excellent and huge selection at breakfast, everything is fresh and delicious. The restaurant has an excellent chef and the food is very delicious. The pizza and pasta day is a good idea, the pizza is very good as if we were eating it in Italy.Very helpful, kind and always smiling staff, the waiters are excellent and quick to serve.
