Staff was super accommodating and helpful. I arrived late but they made it work, which was wonderful after a long drive. It was also very close to the autobahn and easy to find.

This was our first experience with Explorer Hotel, and we were presently surprised by the quality of the services offered. Great option for an active summer holiday stopover.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, from the hospitality to the staff to the answers to our questions - We even received assistance with translation when needed. KonigsCard is a valuable addition. Although the food was varied, it could have been a little more diverse, the rooms were neat and clean, and our requests were met in full. For three people, the room is a bit small. The only comment we have is about the cleanliness of the pool - it's nice and refreshing to find a "natural" pool, but the slippery bottom and dirt in the water are less suitable for a hotel pool.

The hotel is clean and very comfortable, it is offering several add-on services as swimming pool and SPA. Everything is well kept, and the staff is really taking care of their guests. The German restaurant is very good and offers large number of dishes, quality is amazing. The family room was very large with a separate room for child, there were also a sofa that helped to play UNO game in a comfortable manner.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile — something you truly appreciate after a five-hour journey. The rooms are stunning, with a magical atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the castle. Honestly, the price feels almost too low for what the hotel offers. You can also book tickets for both castles directly through them, and they’ll hand them to you the next morning — super convenient. They offer the possibility to dine at their restaurant as well. We arrived too late for dinner, but they still prepared a tasting platter for two with sausages, cured meats, cheese, cherry tomatoes, and plenty of their delicious homemade bread. We couldn’t even finish it! Breakfast was absolutely outstanding — calling it “complete” would be an understatement. All in all, highly recommended. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be the flies — they’re everywhere. But hey, we still haven’t figured out how to control insect minds, so…

The SPA experience was amazing, didn’t have many people so felt comfortably fine. The memory mattresses were cool. The breakfast was super tasty!!! I wish to come back with my family again. This visit was too short, to enjoy the facilities. Loved also the perfectly white towels and bed lining. Superb!
