Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Perfect location at the airport. Spa facilities.

Very convenient for the airport. Marco the shuttle bus driver was waiting to pick us up as promised with placard bearing our names - very safe. Small pool with sauna and steam room - ideal to relax stiff legs after 12h flight. Christian was excellent waiter - serenaded Happy Birthday in 5 languages (English Italian Spanish Portuguese and Japanese)!

Breakfast was good, spa was ok (dont get the facial) but the other spa service like massage and body wrap do get. Staff was very nice, spoke English too which was super helpful. Food is good, location is great and the airport shuttle was on time.

Rooms are amazing and spacious with a big and comfortable bed, they are perfectly clean and foreseen with anything you need. Gym, sauna and swimming pool are super nice and clean. Really enjoyed the spa. Staff is really friendly and helpful. It is super close to the airport and there is a shuttle available every 30 mins. The breakfast was incredible with so many (vegetarian) options! Good room service too. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The Sauna, pool and Hamm area were excellent tochill and have a nice relaxation time. The breakfast. The free snacks and coffee on the 4th floor... And the Gym for the ones that need to move their body...
