Spa room was great! Spacious with a jacuzzi, sauna and massage table and a big smart tv
We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff went all out for us with room decorations and a small cake.
Pool was nice for some relaxation and there was a pool table to help pass some time

The Crowne Plaza, West Cairo Arkan is one of the best Hotel I have ever been. The room is very spacious, well cleaned and very comfortable. The hotel facilities are fantastic and there are two great restaurants with bar. Infinity pool at the top of the building with a great view.
Breakfast and food in general is super good.
The staff is wonderful! Very friendly and supportive for any of your needs. The check in experience with Mirette was superb. She was very helpful and kind.
Highly recommend!

Spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Exceptional staff service, restaurants and attention to detail. Pool area very comfortable to relax after your tours and excursions. The daily afternoon chocolate hour is a delight.

The staffs were amazing checking in with Mr Ehab.. Then checking out with Mr Mohamed Ibrahim. Breakfast was so good got to ry so many new Egyptian food recommended by Omar. Overall very good and relaxing stay.

Very smart hotel in lovely surroundings overlooking the golf course. Great pool and surrounds with plenty of loungers and parasols. Good food and service at the pool side snack bar. Breakfast in the dining room over looking the golf course was excellent with good service. Rooms were clean and spacious with everything you need. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. We had previously stayed at another 5 star hotel in Giza near the Pyramids and the Hilton Pyramids is by far the best. Highly recommended

The hotel really exceeded our expectations. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. We were given the Spa suite which is so relaxing and has its own private sauna and jacuzzi :) Staff members are super friendly, extremely welcoming and helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I particularly loved the interior design of this hotel with its zen nautical accents and calming and neutral color scheme.
This hotel is highly recommended.
