This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and there was little or nothing to fault. The room was their least expensive double, but although as a consequence not very large it was entirely comfortable, perfectly equipped and with an excellent bathroom. The breakfast was included and was excellent - the kind of spread of meats, cheese, cereals, fruit, toast and so on that one would expect but all ingredients were of a very high quality. As were the excellent hot dishes cooked to order. The staff at the hotel were unfailingly welcoming, friendly and helpful. And the building was all that we had hoped for from the descriptions. Finally, the hotel was a mere 5-10 minutes walk from Santa Cruz and only a little more to the Cathedral and Alcazar. We'd recommend the hotel to anyone and would return with pleasure.

This is one of a kind hotel. It's actually many old homes together and so they even have a map to explain where your room is located. Our room was very spacious with a nice big bed and a sitting area. The bathroom had a bath and a separate shower, a bit outdated, but comfortable.
