Excellent hotel in Addis! Our apartment was lovely and spacious, super clean and the finishes are all very good quality. Great shower and bathroom. They really thought about everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant serves a good food and offers a good variety of food and drinks. Lovely coffee too! The 9th floor terrace is beautifully furnished and perfect for a drink or dinner and view over Bole. The staff are all exceptionally professional, efficient and friendly. Great service, thank you to you all! Would definitly stay here again.

It was very clean. They have warm water and very good water pressure. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful too, which meant a lot to me as navigating the city was rather difficult in the beginning. I stayed for an entire month and I was very happy with both the service and the amenities. There's a tiny park nearby (Shala park, maybe 15 mins walking) which is a nice place to eat and drink on the weekends. I haven't had issues around the area when walking, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around too so you can get whatever you need. Admittedly, I haven't been out walking at night at all so no experience on how that might work out.
