We stayed in a deluxe suite and the room was spacious and nicely decorated and we had a lovely balcony on the afternoon sun side. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and has a great service attitude. Special thanks to Helena and Lukas who made our stay most pleasant.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from Levi Fell’s ski slopes, this hotel features Spa Water World which includes pools and saunas. It also has an indoor playing area for children, a gym and a day spa.

Great hotel in the center of Levi. We got room upgrade for free. Room was new, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly personnel. Spa was not included in room rate but the hotel offer very good price if you are leaving here. Spa also was very good. Would stay in this hotel again.

Very helpful staff, walking distance to everything. Big and comfortable room with a sauna. We didn't use the balcony as it was February but it looked inviting. We definitely would stay here again.

The location, it was a great apartment, had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Beautiful top floor apartment with wonderful views over the lakes and forest. We will be back for sure.

We loved the great location near to Levi centre but amongst the woods. The boys loved sledding down the road which was relatively quiet.

Wonderful location with nice view from balcony. Underground parking is big plus. The apartment is really well equipped, it had everything we needed.

Apartment was perfect! lovely homely feel with everything you could need there. It was warm and cosy which was needed in the -30° weather. Myself and my son loved coming back to the apartment. I believe it's so important to have an enjoyable space when on holiday and this was definitely that and more. I used the sauna multiple times. It was modern, clean and easy to use. The beds were comfortable and the balcony magical in the brisk weather! the apartment itself is spotless and the owners couldn't have been more helpful, although we never met. I did reach out twice and got prompt replies. They really are 5* hosts and I don't say that lightly. Thank you so much for playing such a major role in our holiday experience with the comfort, luxury and home-away-from-home feel of your apartment.
