We had a relaxing stopover on our way down to the Dordogne. A secure car park led us through an exquisite garden, with heated swimming pool, to the beautiful house (originally a convent). Our host was friendly and showed us to our characterful room. Breakfast was of the highest quality with home baked fare. It was a short and pleasant walk into Abbeville itself .

Everything was as the website displays. It was like an oasis or hidden gem. Beautiful, stylish and relaxing. The garden was gorgeous and smelt amazing, the pool was perfect after a long drive up from the south of France and the accommodation was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and we even had fried eggs from the resident chickens! Loved it , would recommend.

Beautiful 300 year old ex convent, fabulous interior with well landscaped garden.
Bedroom was very spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious

Everything was fabulous: the house is gorgeous and the room is both spacious and lovely, the host is wonderful, breakfast was delicious. We will be back.

We stayed at Les Myrrhophores on the way to Paris from London. What a great place to go overnight! The room was lovely, and the bed comfortable; it was an excellent value as far as we could tell. The spa was excellent and very relaxing; spa pool, sauna, and cold shower! Unfortunately, we didn't get to share the owner's cooking, as it was the festive season, but he let us use the dining area to eat our food.
