Stunning and immaculately clean property in a perfect location outside the wall of Carcassonne. We wish we had stayed an extra night! Amenities and fixtures were excellent. Only one toilet in the three-bedroom apartment but two showers. We all had deep sleeps in such a quiet place with super comfy beds. 10/10!

EVERYTHING, . . .Hotel is newly reconstructed, spacious, sophisticated and orientated for maximum efficiency. Unlike the big box hotel chains, this luxury hotel is privately owned and the husband/wife team run the operation hands-on, and it shows by the attention to detail found throughout! The restaurant accommodated my VEGAN food requirements and did so spectacularly! And if fitness/wellness is important to anyone they should look no further than Le Meez! Amazing pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and YES, A REAL GYM with free weights, a Smith Machine, in tandem with various cardio equipment. BRAVO!

The staff went the extra mile for us......we were driving through southern France in a bright red FIAT 500 rental car in early December and this little hotel worked great for us. The hotel was almost empty because it was out of season but we got a nice room at a very inexpensive price. Then, the staff got up in the morning and made a lovely breakfast just for us.

Took my relatives to meet Carcassonne and they loved this hotel, especially the breakfast! Pastry is top tier! Best breakfast from our whole trip!
