From our checkin to checkout our experience was extremely positive. Morin checked us in and gave our entire family an upgrade, she was really nice and welcoming. Alex at the kids club was amazing with the twins. The concierge Leonie was very helpful and all her recommendations were good. The staff at the ski shop were excellent and got us equipped for skiing with little effort from our side. The aqua-motion was great and has an adults only area as well. We will definitely be back next year. Oh and I blame the pastry chef for the 2 extra kilos I returned home with! Delicious

I would like to recognize absolutely incredible efforts of the reception team who made our stay truly exceptional. I think it was one of the best treatment I have ever experienced in hospitality. Excellent location! Modern apartment in a lovely building. Ski storage is also a massive bonus to save carrying after a day on the mountain. Lovely welcome gift, very thoughtful. Excellent communication from the owner!

Le Coucou is located in Méribel, directly on the ski slopes and offers the only ski-in/ski-out experience in the resort.

All of the staff went above and beyond, consistently good service, helpful and polite. The team helping guests with their skis and equipment were brilliant, it made the whole trip effortless which is exactly what you want and need after a day on the slopes. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Meribel centre and ski lifts to ski in/out of the hotel. Massages at the spa were excellent. The concierge service was amazing, they managed last minute dinner reservations and suggested some great restaurants. We found the shuttle service super helpful and never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be dropped off or collected. The beds were really comfy, luxurious toiletries and thoughtful extras in the room. We were really impressed and loved every minute of our stay, it's a true 5* hotel, we will be back!

Amazing hotel, reception team are very helpful and provide excellent service. Hotel Ski rent shop is also incredible. equipment and service is just above expectation. the hotel location is just on the slope. the room was very clean.
