The location is rather remote in the middle of nature. We were very lucky with the fresh snow that remained for the duration of our stay. Definitely a plus was to enjoy the jacuzzi in the evening after a long day outside.

The entire chalet is superb. Even though it is close to a busy road, you do not the traffic from inside. The jacuzzi was clean and wonderful, as was the sauna. This chalet sleeps 11 people comfortably. Plenty of cooking equipment. Just beautiful.

The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom was large with a spacious shower. shower gel etc provided along with good coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast was delicious, so many options it was difficult to choose. stunning location, right on the lake.

The Hotel de la Jamagne is located in Gerardmer town centre, less than 300 metres from Lake Gerardmer.
