We booked a triple room with a balcony and the room was incredible. The size of the room and balcony was spacious and looked out to a gorgeous green garden. They have thought of everything in the design and amenities. The bathroom has an enormous shower, separate toilet and a bath. The staff were amazing, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Location is right near the cathedral and a short walk down hill to old town.

Extraordinary ex 18th century monastery. Beautiful with lots of original features kept in pristine condition. Excellent location overlooking Vieux Lyon (the old town). We had a suite which was in the second building accessed via an underground tunnel. The staff are incredible, super friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast offering cooked as well as continental breakfast.

Very pleasant, helpful staff. They took time to explain where we could go to find transport or anything else. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel felt safe and friendly.

- The hotel seems to be an old monastery based on its location and design - The rooms are big - Restaurant on site with a beautiful garden view and friendly staff - The hotel is relatively small, even if it's at its 100% capacity it's not crowded. - Great drinks at the bar - Friendly staff - Gorgeous lobby with a modern look throughout the hotel - Biggest garden in a hotel around the area, it gives castle vibes. - 10 minute walk from the Basilica of Notre Dame - I went during winter and it was cloudy, but the view must be spectacular in other seasons
