We loved this hotel from top to bottom: the beautifully-styled and comfortable room, the spacious and elegant bar, the light and attractive restaurant (we ate twice in La Brasserie), the excellent dinners and breakfast, the great sauna and spa complex and the extensive gardens which you can wander round and enjoy. The staff were all charming and helpful, with a 'can do' attitude. We also loved the way the enchanted forest theme is brought into the hotel. It made our view from the room, looking through trees, even more entrancing. We can't wait to go back.

The spa was superb and the garden with the chairs to relax in. Super place to stay and very friendly and clean.

An elegant, historically-rich venue with welcoming, knowledgeable staff, that I would visit again very happily. We were a few weeks early for the pool but our children happily played Monopoly in the games study, whilst we finished off a delicious breakfast that felt like the closest thing we ate on holiday, to home-cooked food.

Situated within walking distance of the medieval centre of Vannes, the hotel is decorated in an Asian-style setting with exotic woodwork and a Japanese garden.

When we arrived, we found that they had upgraded us to a room with a private patio, which was lovely. We found everything to be very comfortable and the hotel to be amazingly quiet.

The location was great for us, a quick taxi to town (made the boys walk) an amazing steakhouse over the road. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing deal and kept worrying there would be hidden extras at the checkout as couldn't believe the value for money. We also had no idea about the Christmas light displays hidden away and the amazing lady on reception told us not to miss it. So pleased we didn't.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, everything was so clean and the bed was very comfortable.
