The hotel was big, and most amenities were comfortable, pretty affordable, and plenty of space to sit and relax both inside and outside the hotel. The room was decent size, and it was clean. Check-in and check out process was super easy and quick. We used the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. They weren't bad by any means, but they were.. avarage at most. There were tea and coffee facilities and plenty of extra pillows and toilet paper, soap etc.

Absolutely stunning location. Blissful. Loved the outdoor pool, rose garden, and sitting out on the main terrace. The atmosphere is very relaxed, you are left to your own devices. Generous spa allowance throughout stay. Friendly and relaxed staff. Dinner in the brasserie was wonderful as was the inclusive breakfast. There were vegan and gluten free options. Quiet surroundings at night time.

The hotel it self was nice and looked posh only down fall was loads of kids in the spa so couldn't relax and kids kept putting ice in the jacuzzi and sauna also jacuzzi was cold ❄ would have been nice to feel a little more relaxed as we was celebrating our wedding anniversary

Great choices for breakfast and the staff were able to accommodate our requests. The spa was relaxing and all the facilities were in working order. Plenty of parking available.

Exceptionally good quality food, professional and friendly staff, back massage was relaxing and tailored to my needs, the spa was invigorating and had all the elements you would expect from a quality spa. Location is beautiful. The upgrade to a deluxe room, which was more like a small apartment ,made it exceptional value for money. We will definitely return. I'm de-stressed, ready to return to work!!!

The spa was good, very busy though so didn't feel as special sharing with so many others. The hot tub and steam room had very high levels of chemicals so my eyes (and others) were burning. The lunch in spa restaurant was lovely, but so much salt so much that all it tasted was salt. The room was lovely, if a little warm but hotels are always on the warm side. The breakfast was lovely, decent size but the toast was basic, perhaps sourdough bread would be a better idea, just felt a little basic (like a budget chain hotel).
