Staff are always very professional and friendly. We arrived a little early after a 13 hour car journey and were able to check in early. The room was very clean, quiet and warm. Perfect location when arriving via the Channel Tunnel. Perfect onsite parking. Takeaway breakfast available if needed.

Everything was just pefect! The friendly staff helped us feel right at hom from the very beginning of our stay. A nice breakfast in the beautiful patio suited us and our dog perfectly. The style of the hotel was exactly how you would imagine a small , cosy, british hotel.

I have stayed a few times in the Hythe Imperial over the last 30 years and not once have I been disappointed. The staff are super friendly, the airconditioned rooms are very clean , quiet and comfortable and the bed is perfect for a good night's sleep! I do not eat much for breakfast but the buffet style breakfast had everything that your heart desired, hot or cold. Can highly recommend a stay in this hotel which is right next to the English Channel.

Meals were grear...breakfast a bit expensive as you had to pay for evrry item like toast Orange Juice and fruit or yoghurt ,(no buffet) loved the pool...

We absolutely loved our stay! Super convenient walk to the main areas and across the street from such a lovely garden. The giant, super-comfy bed was a dream, and the separate, spacious living room and kitchen area made it feel like a true home away from home. When we arrived it had been thoroughly cleaned. House was really nice and modern. Not far from shops either. Just what we was looking for!
