The staff were very kind, helpful, hospitable and approachable. I'm so grateful that they granted my simple wish to provide a balloon surprise for my husband as we're celebrating his birthday and they never missed to gave a complimentary free dessert in our dinner and a happy birthday cake on his actual birthday. I also loved that they have recreation room where you can play ping pong, pool and table soccer. They also have variety of options where you want to hangout, whether in the garden, bar, resto or tea lounge. Plus, they are close to the Bournemouth beach and Town Centre. Just be ready with your hiking shoes.
