Everything🥰 receptionist are professional she carry our luggage upstairs and opened the door give us complementary water in our journey home, all the staff from dinner to breakfast is the best there smile and polite service over take my expectations about the food, fantastic served with passion. Our room is clean towels is so fluffy, toiletries,tea,coffee just right,bed is ok, regarding the spa, staff are awesome and available, facilities is amazing pool, steam room sauna and jacuzzi. Overall my husband and I enjoyed and had a wonderful and relaxed weekend. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my nieces at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. However, what truly made our visit unforgettable was the thoughtful touch from Dorina, one of the housekeeping staff. When we entered our room on the first night, we were delighted to find a pair of beautifully crafted swans made from towels on our bed. The swans were expertly folded with remarkable attention to detail. My nieces were absolutely thrilled by the sight, and it became a cherished memory of our first night in London. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Well done to the whole team.

The staff were so amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful with carefully thought out rooms and wonderful designs. I adored the themed rooms and the attention to detail. Also- my mom and I both agreed that the beds were some of the most comfortable we’d ever slept in! If we are ever in London again, this would be the only place we’d want to stay!!

The hotel is very centrally located right in the heart of Canary Wharf, a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants. It is located above the roads which makes it quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted me with my baggage, check in and check out. The room is very spacious with good internet connection.
