Beds in the rooms are amazing, and basically everything about the stay is perfect. Rooms are cozy with great finishes and the location is perfect. Spa across the street is spectacular.

The entire hotel looks modern and smells wonderful. Great central location. Staff are warm and friendly. Excellent hotel bar. Room was exceptionally clean, bed comfortable, kettle and toiletries supplied. Together with complementary coffee and tea, soft drinks in the mini fridge are on the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel and lovely spacious rooms fitted with beautiful beds, linen and cosy lighting. The shower and body products were amazing. Very easy online check in and check out a nice breakfast spread.

The staff were excellent and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and the toiletries were very good quality. The pool and spa was a great touch.

The concierge and receptionist were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated near to Piccadilly station. It is super clean, bright and modern. Our room was spacious, beautifully clean with ample pillows. The bathroom was immaculate with a large, deep bath that was quick to fill and great for a soak and a large walk in shower. There were plenty of towels and spare towels in the wardrobe. The breakfast had a good range of items, hot and cold. The staff were helpful, friendly and quick to clear up where needed. We used the spa which was very reasonably priced and we felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards.
