The breakfast was everything you would expect of a full English Buffet, which was well cooked and there was an option to have other things such as salmon etc for a nominal amount. The decor was sophisticated, with warm carpets throughout the corridors. There was a lot of attention to detail and the spar facilities were very relaxing and calm. The grounds were spacious and you had the feel of being out in the countryside.

The room was clean, spacious and airy. The bed was a good size and comfortable. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and all the hot food was piping hot which was food and it was delicious. Loved the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. All staff very helpful and greeted us with a smile, made us feel very welcome. Loved the decor of the hotel especially all decorated for Christmas.

Spa was too dirty from people who is not members of the hotel they left all the litter inside the steam room and sauna. Jacuzzi didn’t work and the place outside needed some brick painting. My room had a giant mirror opposite bed with an old tired sofa which barely can hold me and tv was meant for that sofa a bit awkward. I didn’t found air con remote and couldn’t switch off for the night. Breakfast times were stupid from 6:45 that’s a bit too late no offence that I paid for it but I was leaving hotel at 06:00. Who cares right?

All staff were very helpful and friendly. The evening meal and breakfast were delicious. Enjoyed using the spa facilities, especially the sauna, steam and pool areas. Would definitely use this hotel again.
