We loved our stay at Next Door! There was a plumbing issue in our room, but the hotel arranged an apartment for us next door and took care of us while we waited. The staff really go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied! The breakfast, meals and wine are outstanding.

Sure! Here’s the English version: We spent at this hotel two nights, and I can say the experience exceeded my expectations! The staff is absolutely top-notch – the whole team, especially those at the restaurant, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. From the very first moment, they made us feel right at home. A major plus was that they allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help since we were very tired and needed some rest. This gesture really showed how much they care about their guests, and we were truly impressed! As for the hotel itself, it’s a great choice for the price. The conditions are decent, and the services provided make the overall experience a pleasant one.

Probably one of the best appartements in Tiblisi. The house is newly renovated with very much love for the detail. The appartement I lived in is equiped with a litltle kitchen. The small bathroom is new and has an amazing shower. Very comfortable Bed. The best thing is the balcony with an stunning view all over the city. Best place to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Contact with the helpfull Mr. C. was very easy. I enjoyed may time and I defenitly will book again!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Stuff couldn't do more to accommodate all our needs and they were always smiling and ready to help. Check in was flawless and breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh food, great coffee. Our room was on the 5th floor, not huge but enough for our needs, nicely decorated and housekeeping was fantastic. Spa was clean and not crowded and smoothies, water and cookies provided there was an extra highly appreciated touch. We never had to wait long for elevators and check out process was fast and smooth. Even if there is no parking, front door stuff made it possible to always have a space left for our car in front of the hotel. We just needed to hand them our key, so easy and comfortable for us during our whole stay.

Really beautiful family-run hotel. Excellent home-made breakfasts each day. Two friendly dogs on-site. Lovely sauna to enjoy. Airport taxi service available from the hotel staff, even for a flight arriving at 2am! Freshly cooked pizzas to order from the hotel staff. Surroundings and views from the hotel were stunning, only it was little bit far from the Old Town - however, it was easy to order taxis through an app to do some sightseeing. Well worth a visit - you will not be disappointed!
