Our hotelroom was very comfortable and very clean. The interieur design of the room has a modern atmosphere and was exactly like shown in the pictures. Toilet and shower were separated, which gave us a good comfort. I liked the black style of the bathroom. There are many different light options in the room, so you can create an atmosphere as you want. The black curtain darkens the room very good, so it’s easy to sleep in darkness. Finally the room was very clean, they took a lot of care to keep the room clean. The area (restaurant, pool area, gym) is very clean too. The pool has a good size for swimming or getting a refreshment by hanging around in the water. There are sunbeds in the shade or sunbeds in the sun, giving you the opportunity to choose your place as you need. We just booked breakfast and we were completely confident with the things they offered for breakfast. It’s very fresh and they change the offered food a little daily. The best at the hotel was the staff! The women working at the reception, in the restaurant or the room service were excellent, helpful and absolutely lovely. The area around the hotel is supreme too. You just need to walk maximum 2 minutes to get to the beach (a long sandy beach, where you can easily enter the sea to swim or cool down). There are many shops and different restaurants, which you can reach by walking. The bus stop is maximum 2 minutes walk far from the hotel. The bus takes you in approx 15 minutes to the center of Heraklion.

It was fantastic! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, such a home from home. The resort is huge which means that even though there are a lot of people it doesn’t feel busy. There are so many different areas to explore and it’s in a brilliant location just 10 minutes drive from Heraklion. The food was brilliant, which isn’t always the case in an all inclusive. So much variety, really delicious and very good at catering for allergies.

The only criticism I have is the food. From the room service to the breakfast - the food was often dry and undercooked / sloppy presentation. There were a few things I liked but it was few and far between.

Top level hotel in the city center of Heraklion. Close to some great restaurants and the buzzing city center. The interieur and rooms are fresh and modern. Great architecture and interieur design/furniture overall. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of choice and fresh products. You can enjoy this indoor or outdoor on the lovely courtyard. Pictures on booking for the rooms are 100% correct. We had a room with a great view on the church with a spacious balcony. Great bed (firm), shower, etc. Best of all was the staff. Katarina and the other team members were very helpful and hospitable! Great cocktails by the way.

This was such a great apartment. It had everything you needed. The bed was comfortable, the location was great, just a 15 minute walk to the port. The balcony was fantastic to sit and have breakfast in the morning before the heat of the day and there was a lovely breeze to enjoy in the evening. There was a great coffee shop opposite and a supermarket just a 2 minute walk away. Alexandros was so communicative and helpful. He checked on us mid-week to ensure we were having a good time and if we needed anything. If you are coming to Heraklion and need somewhere to stay, please consider booking this lovely apartment
