Regina is a very special host at reception desk, very communicative, great energy, she helped us rent a car, get a taxi to the airport (for a family of 7), easily changed our accommodation to what my family really needed. Everything! The property is amazing: beautifully designed and executed in a stunning setting. Our room with a private pool was excellent. The hosts, Olivier and Giannis, were fantastic - and having breakfast and the optional dinner done by Giannis felt like having a private chef! Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails!
