Very friendly and helpful staff. They kept in touch with us before the check-in with WhatsApp to arrange transport from the port to the hotel. During our stay, we could also just WhatsApp message the staff for assistance and they will promptly reply. The constantly warm private small pool and the stream bath room are also nice.

Everything about our experience at the hotel was fantastic from the moment that we were greeted on arrival. We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed with delicious welcome drinks, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The service was excellent — our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. All the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet was fantastic — a wide variety of fresh and tasty food that exceeded our expectations. The hotel also has a great swimming pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and hamam which were perfect for relaxing. And the beach is just a 3-minute walk away — super convenient and ideal for beach lovers! One of the most touching moments was on the last day: as it was my boyfriend’s birthday, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Huge thanks for the hospitality! We would love to come back again! 💛

Our stay in Santorini was exceptional, starting with the seamless check-in process. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed with their warm and friendly demeanor. They truly deserve high praise for their outstanding service, which was top-notch throughout our stay. They even took note of our request and ensured we got the best room available in our chosen category. The room itself was incredible, offering a unique and breathtaking view of the sunset—something you don't find just anywhere. The staff's timing was impeccable; they delivered our meal and cocktails just in time for us to enjoy the sunset from our room. The pool was fantastic, though it would have been even better if it were heated—just a minor detail in an otherwise perfect experience. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning to this resort in the future. Once again, a big thumbs up to the staff for their excellent service.
