We had a sea view family bungalow room which was great and the view was gorgeous. The all inclusive element was excellent - quality and choice of food was outstanding. Kids activities were great. Choice of 3 pools. Very family friendly.

The hotel is extremely well located and has all the facilities you can wish. Above all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed there for the third time and were never disappointed, we enjoy the quietness and the marvellous views, the attentive staff and the small extra’s (fruit and sweets in the room). Also the fitness program ( very nice lady as well) is of a high quality but is never disturbing for the guests who don’t want to participate.

The resort deserves 5 stars! Huge beautiful territory, very clean and well maintained. Well organized facilities! Lagoons are not naturally made, but very well designed and make their job. No waves at any sea state and the water is crystal clean at all the times. The food is at the good level! Always fresh and tasty with lots of varieties… Maine restaurant offers different international cuisine for the dinner. Good alcoholic drinks for all inclusive, with the known brands and proper amount of alcohol! The staff is fabulous! Always smiling, always friendly and makes the guest feel special. Ready to help with any descent or the smallest issue. Animation is at the high level! Fluent at many languages and every evening you could expect to be entertained by comic show, concert, dance show or a fire show… Safe and free of charge private parking. Stunning sea view from nearly every part of resort!!!

We loved the cultivated environment (garden, trees, grass, flowers) . The hotel has very good private beach. The materials used for the construction are high valued (a lot of lime stone). The capacity not to be overcrowded. We had breakfast and dinner, waste of quality food.

We were offered free upgrade to the bigger Sugar villa and it was absolutely beautiful and I´m so thankful we were offered that. Staff at the reception is just so so nice. And the villa itself definitely exceeded my expectations in every possible way.
