Good parking lot with easy access. Location is good, around 10 minute walk to the city centre. Staff was very friendly and they gave us a few advices of what to visit in the area. Rooms are very clean. tidy and spacious. Bathroom was great as well as the balcony.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sigma Luxury Suites in Sivota. This place is a true gem for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and stunning surroundings. Everything was spotless, modern, and designed with great attention to detail. ✅ What we loved the most: – The location is perfect – just a few minutes away from Sivota’s most beautiful beaches. The views are spectacular. The pool had two areas with one for children and the other for adults.

This place was perfect for me! Booked 2 nights but ended up staying for 4 because I enjoyed Syvota so much. The hotel is super clean, modern place, bed is comfy and the facilities are excellent. Amazing shower with actually hot water. Housekeeping was great, my best regards to her! The location is nice, you have many restaurants/supermarkets nearby however it’s nice and peaceful in the premises. Syvota has many beaches and I visited 5-6 of them during my stay, so for me this location was good because I wanted to go to different beaches. I don’t have a car and by walking it was easy to access everywhere basically. On top of everything, the host was attentive, super friendly, helped loads - thanks so much! 100% recommended, for leisure/working people & single/couples.

Clean and spacious room. Big balcony. Comfy bed. Clean and big outside pool. Kind and helpful staff members. Only a sort walk from the town centre. They offer a transfer service from the port and back for no additional charge. I can only recommend them.

Everything was just perfect. From the moment we arrived at reception the staff were amazing. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and it was spotless.

A recently renovated property, Mermaid cottage is set in Longos near Marmari Beach, Kipos Beach and Kipiadi Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi.

The villa itself was fantastic - ensuite for each of the four bedrooms. Plenty of room inside and out for seven guests to spread out. We especially enjoyed the views from the balcony and the various outdoor spaces to relax, eat and drink. The pool was wonderful as was the outdoor lounging and eating areas. If anything, the villa description and photos didn't do it justice. Cleaners came every 2 or 3 days and did an excellent job. Paxos and the town of Gaios are beautiful places to spend time.
