I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casaly hotel and spa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel was *spotlessly clean* throughout, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property. What stood out the most, however, was the *amazing staff*. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. It truly made a difference in my overall experience. And let’s not forget about the *breakfast* – it was absolutely *superb*! There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. I looked forward to every morning, knowing I would enjoy a great start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. We stayed only one night after a long journey by plane. Everything was fine. The room was very clean, it had a nice balcony, the bed was confortable and shower/toilet very clean. We had a minor problem and the staff were really nice and helpfull. The breakfast is good. Close to shops and restaurents by walking distance

The staff are absolutely amazing, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The location is great and very close to pretty much everything, there are great restaurants and cafè around the corner, the sushi bar (Sepia) close to the hotel is a MUST!

So clean and modern. We love the pool and the fact you don’t have to “reserve” a sun bed, me holiday pet hate! The staff are fantastic and welcoming back after our 4th visit. We will be back next year - for sure!
