Amazing location (the best in town, in my opinion), with a lot of conveniences, delicious all you can eat buffets and helpful staff.

Finally we found a place in Greece that feels like home. Superb hosts Theo and Kat were always there for any kind of assistance. Things like filtered water, beach accessories, fresh towels and clean pool with comfortable sun beads are always on the reach. Amazing breakfast is available in the resort, because Kat takes care about that. Definitely coming back there in couple of years. We really want to repeat that quietness of mornings in Agios Stefanos.

This is a gorgeous place right near a long pebble/ sandy beach with a breathtaking view of the mountains. It's surrounded by blooming gardens, there's also an outdoor pool, spa and a quite large indoor pool. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the place is very well managed. I feel thankful to have found this corner of paradise.

We had a great family room with a private pool. The resort is clean, well-organized, and directly on the beach. There are more than six pools, endless activities for kids and adults, delicious food, and a great spa. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel's location is perfect - in the Achavari area, just on the main road, however, at the end of the settlement, feels like completely calm, hidden and remote (which is great!). The hotel reception staff helped us book a transfer from and to the airport upon arrival and departure, we had nice luxury cars. Upon arrival, we were helped with our luggage and greeted by a concierge with a refreshment and a cold scented towel, after which we were shown the property grounds (alongside a map, timings for everything and events schedule) and taken to our room. To our surprise, we were kindly upgraded to an interconnecting room and my partner and I had to have our own bathrooms during our stay which was lovely. I cannot say much more about the food except that everything we tried was absolutely delicious and I have never seen such a variety and attention to detail especially in a buffet style of dining. We got to also try the Fine Dining, Tavernaki and Italian restaurants. Service across the property, including the Lobby bar is top-notch. Fortunately enough, we also managed to secure a booking at the wine library Cava Bottega on one of the evenings, where the amazing sommelier Giorgia prepared a wine tasting with a small food platter for my partner and non-alcoholic wines for me. She is quite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a very understandable way. It was a lovely experience! Furthermore, we quite enjoyed spending time at the aqua park just relaxing beneath the palm trees. Even though the hotel was quite full, at no point in time it felt crowded or hard to get a place around the beach, pools, or main restaurant. To sum up, I would highly recommend the Grecotel LuxME hotel range, with the LuxME concept includes everything one might think of - amazing service, food, facilities, all types of drinks at all times, stocked mini bar and coffee station, entertainment, and even wine tasting!

Exceptional hotel, very clean and professional staff. Nice breakfast, daily cleaning service to the bedroom. Beautiful pool which always felt quiet and peaceful. About a 500metre walk to centre of acharavi and 1km from beach, very short walks and plenty to look at along the way. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and well considered layout of the buildings and accommodation. The interior design is understated and maintains a theme of natural beauty. The grounds and pools are well maintained. Staff were attentive and helpful. The restaurant food variety and choice was good. I stayed with my sister as a treat for just 2 nights in the junior suite with private pool. We watched the hotel grow from a wreck to this stunning masterpiece and it was a joy to visit it and experience it. Despite only a 2 night stay our cleaner came and she was so considerate.

the reception and staff were excellent. Pool area and bar were great. the lunch at the pool bar was best we have had. Rooms were cleaned every day and cleaning was excellent.
