Very friendly and helpful staff. They kept in touch with us before the check-in with WhatsApp to arrange transport from the port to the hotel. During our stay, we could also just WhatsApp message the staff for assistance and they will promptly reply. The constantly warm private small pool and the stream bath room are also nice.

Everything about this property is five star. The view is also out of this world . However my favourite part about the stay was the staff , Stephanie is an angel and she made everything better , she was so much help to us . The lady at the front desk who welcomed us was amazing went through the whole of Santorini. e.g what to see where to go to eat and drink she was amazing. Katsboo the staff and food was amazing would highly recommend staying here and if we come back to Santorini we would stay here again

We loved everything about the hotel. The experience in the hotel was improved by the two receptionists, in particular Francesca with whom we had more contacts. Perfect position for reaching Fira by foot but with parking space if you have a car. The car rental service Halaris with whom they collaborate with is also great.
