The staff was so friendly and everything went very smoothly. Breakfast delivered to room was excellent and always exactly on time. The location was very convenient and close to city centre.

The team are what makes this place, it’s one thing to build a beautiful property in a good location. It’s another to build a great team that look after all their guests. It’s in the center of Fira, the room is very spacious and very clean, the staff both Maria and Costas are very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast are plentiful and fresh daily.

We struggled to decide on a hotel in santorini as there was so much choice. We found the San marino suites and decided it was the right choice for us. After having a fall at the airport the hotel transfer took us to the emergency room and left a number to call him back to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel very late and were so impressed at the room being beautifully decorated and very spacious. The next morning we explored the area around our room located next to katsabo (we were worried about noise but could not hear it in our bedroom) the area was lovely and clean with a very calming vibe. We went to reception and were greeted by an amazing friendly staff member who was so concerned about my health, the check in process was simple and we were offered advice on extras the hotel offered including a jeep tour and a boat trip, we opted to book both. The jeep trip was taken by George who was so friendly and informative about the history of the island. It was so nice to see his passion for santorini and he was telling us facts but making it more personal by including anecdotes from his own family. If you only do one thing book this! It is worth every penny and you get to see amazing places. The boat trip was from santorini star and wr opted for the sunset trip. This was amazing and the Staff on board were again so knowledge and explained stories and history from various points along the route. It also includes hotel pick up and drop off which is very handy. The hotel is about 6 minute walk from fira centre (to get there is uphill) but it has lovely views along the way. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone from the beautiful rooms to the amazing staff! I honestly can't thank you enough for our stay. Both women on reception and the 2 drivers we had (sorry I'm so bad at names) were amazing and constantly checked I was ok, we truly felt sad to leave.

We only stayed one night. but everything was great.

The property was very well kept. The staff made you feel like you were coming home. They gave each guest a very warm welcome. I would stay here again. It came with one free beautiful breakfast and again the staff was always available to help with anything.

Staff were very helpful, welcoming & informative which help make our stay very relaxed. Despite being only a short walk from the Thera we had huge privacy at the hotel. The Pool area is also overlooking the volcanos and again is very much private and not overcrowded. The breakfast is served to your room but at your balcony with an amazing view. The breakfast is so good with a great choice. Food in the restaurant is also very good.

Everything was perfect! Mrs. Evi was THE hostess showing true hospitality and giving her herself through this job. We appreciate everything you did for us! The room was clean and tidy and help us keep it that way every day. By foot fira is 15 min walking distance. You can ask Mrs. Evi for everything she will give you the best advice!
