I’ve been here for many times, so i experienced many staffs… every single staff was so kind and had good service to the guest. I’m so impressed and i think that it shows the level of this hotel. The view of corner suite is perfect. The very first accomodation in HK was Grand Hyatt for me, so HK has become the best tourist attraction for me. I totally reccommend this hotel!
