We loved everything. The facilities and services are excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The game rooms provided entertainment to kids between 5 and 16 years old. The restaurant is great and absolutely willing to accommodate different requests.

The breakfast bread, jams, and butter were delicious.. The rooms are comfy and spacious, with great view. I slept like a baby. The location couldn't be better, it is a few steps from the Mátraháza bus station. It is a great location to scape from the noise of the big city.

The breakfast is plentiful and varied. Dinner was exceptionally good. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect and as soon as we entered the room, a very good smell permeated the whole place. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back if we visit gyongyos again!

Everything was very nice, staff was friendly and helpful. We occupied room in a basement that had direct access to parking, this was awesome. Hotel was designed with an antique furniture that gives a special charm to this place.
