Staff were amazing, breakfast was excellent, photographers were excellent. Loved our time by the pool and kids playground. My daughter loved the kids club. We had a great time as parents being able to relax while she had fun. Spa was really good too. Best massage I've had in bali.

Beautiful tropical property with a stunning pool. Good breakfast with the options changed daily. The Spa was lovely with a divine massage. Very large standard rooms, very clean. Staff a very accommodating and very helpful. Although the location is at a busy intersection, when you enter the property, you do not hear a sound from outside. Very relaxing vibe with a touch of luxury. Would definitely stay again. I stayed with my 7 year old grandson and it’s a very kid friendly property.

Comfortable and spacious room. Friendly staff. Great swimming pools to relax and have a drink. Good restaurants and shops in the area. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of quality options to choose from. The spa offers great massages and other treatments at a good price, and they run daily specials.

The pool was clean and centrally located! The day spa was fabulous, loved the full body massage and facial. Breakfast was delicious, buffet and something different each day.

the ease of access directly into the checkin counter in one minute yay. loved the location as we didn’t feel like we were at the airport. love the premium access room. views & food!!. loved the late checkout & very accommodating staff. loved the first class massage at the spa. pool was great too. everything to love about this hotel ❤️👏👏 Breakfast & room service was great too. Perfect location to relax before our journey back. Hope to return
