What we liked most was professionalism and how helpful all are. Our flight was around midnight and they took care of our luggage. We could stay by the pool and at 8 PM we got a room for free for one hour for shower an changing to warmer wear. Hope we can return. TG

New Zealandthis place is simply amazing. our favourite out of all 4 places we stayed at. i couldn't recommend it enough. they made our nye night so special by providing a free 5 course meal, free shuttle service into the city daily, suuuch lovely staff and super clean rooms, absolutely beautiful outdoor bathroom, soo close to the city literally a 10 or less min walk and amazing food upstairs. we will definitely be coming back and staying there next time!

It’s right by the ocean and also close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The hotel has a very good SPA (I had massages twice) but it’s more expensive than the SPAs outside. The pool and the pool area were very nice as well. No loud music was played during our stay so you could relax by the pool. Also there is direct access to the beach.
