So many positives… it was a great stay. But for me the staff is the best thing about this hotel! I booked by mistake wrong dates, while I couldn’t change them over booking.com, the receptionist upon my arrival seamlessly changed them, and we checked in early. Service all around was very good. The room was very spacious and clean. I was skeptic after reading certain reviews but honestly the room exceeded all my expectations. Had asked for certain housekeeping services and received it immediately. The breakfast had live stations which was really good. We had reached the property early and we had requested for an early checkin and the reception let us do it.
